Concrete block construction and pre-cast concrete roofs offer naturally cooler self storage than storage units constructed with all metal sides and roofs. For appearance reasons, a pitched metal roof was installed over the existing roof resulting in yet cooler room temperatures. Of course, we also offer climate controlled units that are ideal for storing sensitive items such as furniture and electronics.
When you enter the property, the first thing you'll notice is the ample space between each building. This makes it perfect for tractor trailer access to each building for bulk storage, ideal for companies that need to store inventory for redistribution. Storage units range from 5'X5' to 30'x50' units. We also offer flex office space with or without warehouse. Car, Boat and RV storage spaces are available. As a courtesy to our customers, our on-site manager can receive shipments and mail.
The convenient location is only a minute from the interstate; I-4 Sanford exit, near the Seminole Towne Center Mall. From the interstate turn left at Hickman Drive and proceed 2 blocks past the Cracker Barrel.
